Yes, we have a new venu. The fine folks at the Country Hearth decided that we needed to pay $1000 a day for use of the restaurant area. In other words; they broke the contract and we lost our main function space. I could have fought them, legally, but you can imagine what the service would have been like. Our new location is 19 miles south, just off I-75, at exit 336. They only have 102 rooms, so we can fill the motel and not have to worry about all the mundanes in the seedy end of the motel bothering us. The facility is an older two story motel sitting on a hillside with a beautiful panoramic view from the front. There is no elevator, but all our function space will be on the groud floor. Our new Con-Suite use to be a lounge and is huge with an L shaped bar and a real Dance Floor. It makes our previous area look like the dump that it was. There are also doors leading out on the huge secluded patio, sort of reminds me of the old Ramada, before it burned. Anyone who has problems with stairs, please state that you need a room on the first floor when you make your reservation. For those who do not have problems, please do a standard reservation so ones who actually do need on the first floor can be. I know this will be a bit of a hassle, but it was either here or cancel the convention for this year. Besides, when you get here I think you will like the accomodations. I did find out the reason it looks like the old Eastridge Ramada, where we started in 1999, is that it was a originally a Ramada with the same layout on a smaller scale. (Gonna be kinda like goin' home. >g<)

All rooms, Kings or Double Doubles, are $59.00 per night, plus tax. They also have 3 Jacuzi Suites at $75.00 per night. This price does include breakfast. Our breakfast menu will include Belgian Waffles, Quaker Instant Grits, Quaker Instant Oatmeal, Corn Flakes, Raisin Bran, Bagels, Donuts, English Muffins, Juices, Milk, Hot Chocolate, Coffee and Tea.

Super 8 Pet Policy
The Super 8  does allow pets in certain rooms for a minimal extra charge. However, they do not allow pets in the Public Areas, so if it is imperative that you bring your pet please be aware that the only places they are allowed are in your rooms or outside.

Directions
The hotel has easy on, easy off access to I-75.
From the North -  Take I-75 South to exit 336, North on US-41 then left at the traffic light. You will see the Super 8 on the hill.
From the South - Take I-75 North to exit 336, North on US-41 go under I-75 then left at the second traffic light. You will see the Super 8 on the hill.

Reservations must be made by October 10^th, 2010
to insure you have a room with us.
