Programing Schedule 2025

Friday-

3pm- Con Officially opens.

6:30  The Great Big Cookout 

7PM- Opening Ceremonies  - The official welcome to everyone and our guests.

8 PM  to 2 AM  Karaoke with breaks for dancing to music.  This will give our hosts and singers a break to rest, while still having an enjoyable evening. 

Saturday  

 9 am- Breakfast with eggs, bacon, sausage, hash browns and toast as choices. This is a limited edition, but we will serve all that we have to you. 

12 to 1PM - Lunch!  Enjoy the midday meal and plan your day out for all of the fun ahead.

1 PM  - Die Cast Racing for Charity.  Sponsor a car and race to earn money for our charity, and bragging rights, of course.

2:30pm Alice Infinity – Cosplay on a budget. Learn a few tips to creating your own Cosplay

4 PM - Punkin Chunkin' - a perennial favorite return as replica pumpkins get hurled away at opponents vying for the trophies.

6 PM - The Feast - It is a feast as our heroic Grill master, Consuite staff, and assistants prepare delicious food for you to enjoy and relish.

7pm Charity Auction and Cosplay Winners Announced

8PM  The Molly McGuires 

9 PM Magic Tapestry Fusion Belly dance with Blue Sun Fusion Student Dancers

11 to 2 AM More Karaoke with breaks for dancing to music.  This will give our hosts and singers a break to rest, while still having an enjoyable evening.

4pm - Betelgeuse - What's Really happening?  Stephanie Osborn goes over the latest data an information about one of the biggest stars in known space.

5pm - Meet and Greet - meet our guests and enjoy some snacks while doing so.

8 PM - The Oracle of Delphi - You don't want to miss this one as K.T .Hunter and  T.D. Raufson host this entertaining panel in which any attendee can ask a question to which the Oracle will answer.

10 PM -   Rebekah Hollingsworth will go over some of the things that happen in her cases. This isn't for the faint of heart and there will be a minimum age requirement to attend.

Midnight - Mark NeCamp -Pop Culture Magick: Real Occult Techniques from Your Favorite Fandoms - Many popular fandoms like SPN, Teen Wolf, & True Blood explore magic & the occult, & accomplish extraordinary things with magic. We'll compare fictional portrayals with actual occult teachings & offer insight into how you can safely navigate this hidden world that lurks beneath our own.

Saturday  

10 AM - David Alan Jones & Holly McClure will talk about their start and their time before the writing career began. Holly will will discuss, being in charge of a writing group, and how being from the South can influence books.

11 AM – Stephen Manley and John Anderson - How acting has changed over the years and the adjustments and adapting that has taken place in the last 40 plus years.

1 PM - Rebekah Hollingsworth will do a daytime panel and there will be a minimum age requirement to attend.

2 PM   Chromosphere  Press - Stephanie Osborn talks about her Publishing experience and is joined by Anthony Thompson to discuss details. 

3 PM – Brian K Morris - Pulp and Comics, editing, and a smorgasbord of points including editing, publishing, and promotion. 

4 PM - Mark NeCamp Jr. - Vincent Price: Magic and the Macabre The movies of famed horror actor Vincent Price are rich in occult and magic themes and symbolism. Films such as "The Masque of the Red Death", "Diary of a Madman", "Cry of the Banshee", "The Haunted Palace", and "The Tomb of Ligeia" deal with everything from necromancy and spirit possession, to summoning sinister spirits to satanism. We go through a survey of these films and dig into the fact, fiction, and terrors real and imagined.

6pm Dinner Break
8pm Alice infinity Cosplay -Cosplay After Dark (18 +) Come hang out and learn all the naughty things about cosplay and being an adult cosplay creator. Alice will talk about some of the crazy and often wild personal experiences she’s had as an adult cosplay entertainer. 

9pm Mark NeCamp Jr Introduction and History to Witchcraft and the Occult - Witchcraft's rise in pop culture sparks curiosity—what is fact vs fiction? Explore its history, paranormal ties, and modern practice from the 1600's to the present. Discover safe ways to explore a hidden world of blessings and mysteries. Find out how the hidden history and world of occult traditions have influenced the world in unseen ways.
